Kira is a specialist interested in a wide range of issues: from marketing researches to academic ones. The focus of her studies is directed to the search of connections between society and regulative orders of law that are casted to discipline the society. In this regard, there was a number of relevant studies which Kira conducted. They concerned transition in Russia and the Russian judicial reform.
