Have visited CISR in September-October, 2007.

"During the visit I was working on the article (discussions with colleagues and the library of CISR were especially useful in this process). I have also organized the scientific workshop (Topic: "The possibility of sociological research of money phenomena"). I have visited several scientific seminars and lectures, including open lectures and discussions of M. Burawoy about Public Sociology. I want to thank a lot V. Voronkov and colleagues from the Centre for their attention and openness, for such a big pleasure gotten from the professional and informal communication, and for their big help in the perfect organization of my visit: I had all needed resources for a successful work (rich library, access to the internet, comfortable working place). In my view, the visit was very beneficial for my professional development as well as for the enrichment of my scientific networks. Plus, CISR has a unique ability to inspire everyone with a new interest and taste to the sociological research. After the visit you get a strong desire to do sociology and to get a great pleasure from this process."
