Andrea Mazzarino

Graduate student in Anthropology, Brown University (Providence, R.I, USA).

Andrea comes to the CISR in September 2007 to work on the project "Motherhood and Work in a Market Economy: The Reproductive Decisions of Russian Professional Women". During realization of the given anthropological project it is supposed to study the women employed in sphere of high technologies and ruling firms in St. Petersburg. The research problem consists in finding out as these women solve conflicts between a house and professional life and as these conflicts are reflected on their health and a standard of living.
