Program of Seminars 'Urban studies' for the second half of 2011
After the summer recess, CISR continues its series of multidisciplinary seminars on the theme 'urban research.' In this half the subject matter and invited speakers present an even wider spectrum of disciplines and activities.
With the goal of involving sociologists in hands-on projects related to the transformation of urban spaces we have strived to make our seminars even more multidisciplinary in nature by inviting presenters of various professions: artists, developers, city planners, and architects.
We look forward to seeing you at our seminars, which, by tradition, will continue to take place on Fridays, followed by a buffet.
Unless otherwise noted, seminars take place from 19.00-21.00 at Ligovsky Prospect, dom 87 (Business Center 'Andreyevskii'), office 300 (conference hall) or in office 301 (CISR). Any changes regarding the time or place of the seminars will be announced on CISR's website.š
